Occupational safety on all levels: In 2020, ZARGES is going to release a wide range of new products to help improve workplace safety.

At LogiMAT, the premium manufacturer will be presenting its innovations in the fields of packaging and access equipment

Whether it is transporting sensitive goods or performing complicated work at height – it is essential to ensure high safety standards for workers and materials at all levels. At LogiMAT (Hall 5, Booth B05), ZARGES aims to address this issue by presenting its ground-breaking new products that make work, transport and storage safer. The exhibition will focus on new solutions such as the PaxTower folding scaffold unit, the mobile and ergonomic mechanics toolbox with drawer compartments, the new LiftMaster U aerial work platform, and the customer-oriented digital service portfolio. Visitors will be able to experience the new products for themselves at the trade fair and discuss technical matters with experts.

ZARGES declares 2020 to be the year of safety-enhancing innovations. From 10 to 12 March 2020, the manufacturer will be showcasing its comprehensive range of innovative safety-enhancing solutions in all product categories.

LiftMaster U and PaxTower set new benchmarks for working safely at height.

Any one working at height needs to have secure footing and a firm grip. The innovative LiftMaster U is a valuable piece of equipment for users in the industrial and maintenance sectors who require mobility and independence from mains electricity and batteries while they are working. The lift can be operated easily using a hand crank or a cordless screwdriver. Visitors will be able to see it for themselves live at the stand. Unlike conventional aerial work platforms, the LiftMaster U is also extremely mobile and lightweight, meaning it can be used even on floors with low load capacity. Thanks to its compact design, the lift can be easily navigated through narrow paths on its smooth-running wheels fitted with easy-to-use locking brakes. It is fitted with an all-round guardrail to make it even safer to use.

Meanwhile, the new PaxTower folding scaffold unit is an extension of the reliable Reachmaster and Modulmaster. The folding scaffold unit is equipped with the S-Plus advanced guardrail and platforms measuring 1.80 by 0.78 metres. It also allows for working heights of up to 7.65 metres and can be assembled in two different ways. The solution is certified to comply with the new DIN EN 1004. The sturdy scaffold unit has three exceptional features: smooth fitting guides made of hard plastic (nylon tapers) that make it very easy to connect push-on end frames together, toeboards that are extremely simple to handle, and a folding mechanism that can be operated with one hand. Furthermore, PaxTower stands out from similar products by offering excellent value.

New push-up ladder with treads: a practical addition to the push-up ladder range

The new two-section push-up ladder with treads, which ZARGES will be showing at LogiMAT, is designed especially for use in the trades and industrial sectors. Because the ladder is fitted with treads instead of rungs, a person is allowed to work from it in accordance with TRBS 2121-2. This means that ZARGES has expanded its push-up ladder range by adding a highly user-friendly design that allows users to stand securely on each of the treads.

Secure and convenient transport of professional tools

The new mechanics toolbox – to be unveiled at LogiMAT – will bring a fresh wind into the field of customised transport solutions. The design features castors and a pull-out handle for convenient and ergonomic handling. The box is also individually configurable, for example in terms of its dimensions, number of drawers, ingress protection level, and coating. Since January 2020, ZARGES has its own foam manufacturing facility in Weilheim, at the site where the established transport boxes are made. In doing so, the company is able to offer the entire solution from a single source due shorter lead times, more precise production expertise, and the ability to perform all relevant work steps. As a result, the mechanics toolbox works well as a secure transport container for carrying high-end tools and measuring instruments on the road. With the mechanics toolbox, ZARGES is addressing the highly specific requirements of a group of users who would otherwise only have the option of using plastic boxes made for the mass market.
