Setting off for the top: ZARGES presents new access equipment portfolio at LogiMAT 2019

Making work easy and efficient: the new ZAP lift for the maintenance sector and cases for transporting sensitive goods

Skymaster Plus X or Comfortstep S – a very special surprise is awaiting visitors to LogiMAT 2019 at ZARGES' booth. The company has revised its range of ladders. An even greater emphasis is now placed on customer needs. Thanks to the new concept, users can now find the right product for their needs more quickly and easily. The new ZAP lift is another highlight at Booth B05 in Hall 5. The lift, which can be manually operated, is designed for users from the maintenance sector (who often have to work without electricity). At the exhibition, users can find out more about the tried-and-tested ZARGES cases, including premium dangerous-goods cases and the new RetouЯ collapsible container.

There are a wide range of ladder models available on the market. This turns selecting the right product into a real challenge – at least until now. From now on, five simple questions are all it takes to find the right ladder. ZARGES has completely revised its portfolio of ladders. A modular approach helps match products to specific applications more quickly and accurately, thus making it easier for customers to select the right product. At ZARGES' LogiMAT booth, visitors will be able to gain a first impression of the products in the new portfolio.

A few new improvements are also coming to tried-and-tested solutions: the online configurator for steps and platforms is celebrating its tenth year of operation this year. The user-friendly solution has already helped many ZARGES customers find the right access system. The portfolio ranges from basic steps that allow users to access machines and buildings, to large platform structures that are installed in places such as production facilities. The unique thing is that access systems can be individually configured and delivered to customers within ten working days of order placement.

New products for the industry
The ZAP lift is another new product ZARGES is introducing. The lift can be operated manually using a crank, allowing it to work independently of mains and battery power. This makes it ideal for applications such as maintenance and installation work that requires a lift to be ready at all times, without having to rely on a battery. The solution is also lightweight, meaning it is easy to transport (it can even fit inside a small van) and can be set up on grounds with low point-load capacity.

The comprehensive range of ZARGES dangerous goods cases help ensure safe storage and transport of sensitive goods. The range includes the Battery Safe system (for defective or damaged lithium batteries) as well as solutions that fulfil the requirements set out in the German Ordinance on Road Transport of Hazardous Materials [GGVS]. Another such product is the space-saving RetouЯ collapsible container, which is designed for transporting and storing liquids and high-viscosity substances and combines premium quality, a high hygiene level and ease of cleaning in one.
