As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting merchants and retailers, WernerCo is currently looking for the latest young talent to join the business within the Merchandising team through its new Graduate Training Programme.

As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting merchants and retailers, WernerCo is currently looking for the latest young talent to join the business within the Merchandising team through its new Graduate Training Programme.

Open to all recent university graduates in a relevant field such as Business Studies, the role will require the five successful candidates to work as a Field Sales Merchandisers to build a thorough knowledge of WernerCo’s products and customers. This will include product training and demonstrations with customers, helping to develop marketing and POS for retailers, monitoring product performance within retailers and analysing market performance.

Paul Floyd, Commercial Head of Sales at WernerCo, commented: “As we continue to see good levels of growth across the business, with product demand remaining on an upwards trajectory, it is incredibly important for us to ensure we are providing excellent levels of support to our stockists.

As part of this programme, the five successful candidates will play an essential role in providing retailers and customers with the latest marketing materials and developing ways in which our product lines can help them increase sales revenue.
